When Will The Prize Purse Be Revealed?
The All American Home Run Derby will display the the total cash prize pool amount & cash prize breakdowns for this contest after the sign up deadline expires on 4/10/2009 at 10:59 A.M. CST.
How Is The Cash Prize Purse Determined?
The total cash prize pool for this contest will be based on the number of entries into this contest.
Prize Pay Outs: The All American Home Run Derby reserves the right to increase or decrease the cash & material prize payouts any time it so chooses. All prizes will be delivered within 30 business days from the time those milestones are achieved. We will contact all the winners by phone & e-mail within 5 business days of winning these prize packages to confirm that all your contact information is valid & up to date before we deliver the funds.
Material Prizes: Free Play Prize Accounts are provided by Betus.com and winning contestants will be required to set up an account with their company; in order to collect their prize giveaways for each of our quarterly contests that Betus.com is sponsoring.
The All American Home Run Derby are open to: (a) Registered Users; (b) legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States (excluding residents of Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, and Vermont) (for purposes of clarity, Puerto Rico is expressly excluded), and Washington D.C.; and (c) at least eighteen (18) years of age or age of majority at the date of registration in the contest. Void where prohibited by law.
The All American Home Run Derby will pay the winners in the form of U.S. currency for their cash prize earnings. The All American Home Run Derby WILL NOT substitute material quarterly prizes in the form of cash for registrants outside the United States.
Winners understand that they are SOLELY responsible for reporting their winnings on their 2009 tax returns & it's NOT the responsibility of The All American Home Run Derby.
Stipulation: We will substitute the Grand Prize for vacation packages with equal or lesser value for winners that reside in the excluded cash prize states listed above.
Cash holdings: The All American Home Run Derby maintains all customer balances & prize money with Chase.
